For home pickup and delivery, the minimum order is RM100 for KL and RM200 for Selangor. For orders below the minimum, the same charges will apply. There are no additional fees for pickup or delivery.

Big Mama’s pickup and delivery services cover Kuala Lumpur and the entire Klang Valley, with different minimum order requirements. Please feel free to contact us on WhatsApp for further details.

Yes, we will need your phone number to contact you for collection and delivery and we will send you the bill via email.

Our turnaround time varies depending on the services as listed below:

Laundry & Dry Cleaning

  • 4 days excluding Sundays and Public Holidays
  • 2-day express service at 50% surcharge 
  • 1-day express service at 100% surcharge 

Alteration

  • 5-14 days depending on complexity 
  • Express service is available

Curtain Cleaning

  • 1 week (7 working days), excluding Sundays and public holidays
  • Express service (completed in 2-3 days) is available at a 50% surcharge

Bag Cleaning

  • Cleaning: 1-2 weeks
  • Recolour and restoration: 1 month
  • Actual time may vary depending on additional attention or specialised treatments

Shoe Cleaning

  • 5-7 working days

Carpet Cleaning

  • 10-14 days to fully carry out our carpet cleaning services

Baby Stroller and Car Seat Cleaning

  • 5-7 working days


Washing, drying, folding, ironing.


Dry cleaning is a no-water cleaning method that is ideal for fabrics that need extra care and can not be washed or tumble-dried.


Let Big Mama know about a stubborn stain in the order note or inform our driver during collection, and we will do our best to get rid of the stain. However, some stains can be a pain, even for the experts. So we can not guarantee anything in certain cases.

Each order gets its own washer and dryer.


Head to “My Booking” section and you will find a summary of all your latest orders. Click on the order to view the itemized bill. We will also send you the bill on your registered email address.

You can make payments through Big Mama Credits, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Graypay for a cashless transaction. Alternatively, you may choose to pay via Duitnow or bank transfer; feel free to contact us for the necessary details.

The ‘Clean & Press’ service involves cleaning your items according to the washing label or based on the fabric in the absence of a washing label. ‘Press’ includes ironing and steam ironing. If you have specific cleaning preferences, please leave a note when placing your order.


We will email you your itemized bill within 24-48 hours after your articles are collected. You can make payment via debit/ credit card by clicking the “make payment” button in the email.

Kindly make payment after you receive your itemized bill via email. Payment must be completed before delivery. If you have any issue in regard to your itemized bill, do contact our service agent.


No, please do not pass any personal hanger/ bag to our drivers. Our drivers will prepare their own laundry bag during collection. All clean laundry returns are packed nicely and with hanger if required.


Our laundry centre will weigh them to finalise the weight/quantity once we receive it.
